COVID-19 – Current Shipping Times

We've created this guide to provide clear and direct information regarding current  fulfillment and shipping times.

Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual.

Daddy Couture works with a fulfillment partner to ship all orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you.

Warehouse & Fulfillment Times
Our fulfillment partner has warehouses in the United States, Europe and Mexico. For most orders, your location will determine where your is shipped from. For example, a shirt shipped to New York will ship from a US warehouse and a shirt shipped to London will ship from the Europe warehouse, etc. 
Underwear is shipped in 1-2 business days. All other products have varying shipping speeds.

The Europe based warehouse fulfillment time ranges from 1-9 business days.

The United States based warehouses fulfillment times ranges from 1-25 business days.

The Mexico based warehouse fulfillment time ranges from 13-25 business days.

Shipping Times
Once an order is fulfilled by the warehouse, it will be shipped with a carrier.
 
Orders to the United States orders are generally seeing normal shipping times.
Orders to other locations are seeing shipping delays of up to 7 business days.
We want to specifically mention Australia, which is seeing shipping delays of up to 25 business days.

When To Contact Us
Our team is working on our charitable initiatives (100% of profits from select products are donated), supporting our customers and launching new products. We respectfully ask to contact us only if your item does not arrive within the above timelines so that we can best support all of our initiatives. 
We cannot issue refunds or free reshipments if your product does not arrive sooner than the timelines noted above.

If your product does not arrive (lost in transit, etc) within the timelines above, we will issue a free reshipment or offer a refund. We will NEVER leave you without the item you purchased – we love our customers.

Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.

FAQ #1:
Wait – on checkout, my order said it would take 2-5 business days after fulfillment.
This is the shipping speed you are paying for. Shipping speeds are separate from our fulfillment times. First, our warehouse partner has to fulfill your order. Next, your order has to be shipped by a carrier. Some carriers are experiencing delays.

FAQ #2:
My package says it's been delivered, but it hasn't arrived.
In some cases, carriers are routing orders to different cities and countries. Occasionally, we're seeing carriers mark ordered as 'Delivered' before the item has arrived, and sometimes in a different location entirely. This is normal right now, and we're seeing orders arrive to their actual destination 7 business days after this.

FAQ #3:
My package to Australia is taking a while.
Australia is seeing shipping delays of up to 15 business days from local carriers.
